Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Eventops (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Service.

2. Authorized use

The Service is an internal operations platform. Access is limited to pre-authorized team members with credentials issued by an administrator. Sharing accounts outside your authorized team, circumventing access controls, or attempting unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator or security@eventops.cloud immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for legitimate event operations reporting and coordination. You must not submit false or malicious reports, upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with the Service's availability, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

5. User content

Incident reports, photos, and voice notes you submit are operational records of the event organization and may be reviewed, edited, or actioned by authorized staff. You confirm you have the right to submit any content you upload and that it does not violate third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended operational purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis for operational support. Critical safety incidents must always also be raised through on-site emergency procedures — the Service does not replace emergency services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, security risk, or at the direction of your organization's administrator. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, subject to data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify the Service or these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the Service and contact your administrator.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: security@eventops.cloud.
